Hey!

I’m Kenneth Marshall, and If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s this: I’m obsessed with helping people rise into the strongest version of themselves.

Through RISExLEAD™, I’ve been able to speak into the lives of students, professionals, and teams across the country — teaching them how to lead with identity, integrity, and influence.

Welcome to my LIFE!

Off the stage, I’m a husband, father, coach,

and constant student of people.

My mission is simple:
Build leaders who create impact that outlives their titles.

Whether you’re here for insight, inspiration, or your next leadership breakthrough, I’m glad you’re here.

MY APPROACH IS REAL, RELATIONAL, AND ROOTED IN PURPOSE.

NO FLUFF.

NO HYPE.

REAL LEADERSHIP THAT STICKS.

Let’s rise, lead, and build something powerful together.

Drawing on years of work in identity development, purpose formation, and culturally aware leadership, I deliver high-energy keynotes that shift how people see themselves and the impact they’re capable of.

Through powerful “that’s me” moments, I help audiences rise in confidence, resilience, and emotional strength—so organizations can build environments where people support each other’s growth, lead with purpose, and have each other’s backs, every step of the way.

Growing up between El Centro, San Diego, and LA, I learned early that environment shapes everything — but it doesn’t have to define you.

I’ve seen what happens when potential gets buried under pressure, pain, and fear. I’ve also seen what happens when someone decides to rise anyway.

"Leadership isn’t about titles or positions — it’s about healing what’s broken, rising with integrity, and leading with purpose."

Life became my classroom long before I ever stood in front of one.
I learned more from people than from any textbook — mentors who believed in me, friends who challenged me, and the woman who would become my wife, who reminded me that strength isn’t proven in isolation but refined in relationship.
Every season, every connection shaped me into the man I was becoming.

That conviction drives my work today — helping leaders and teams rise together with purpose, clarity, and compassion.

Through years of leadership, ministry, and corporate experience, I began to see a pattern: people don’t fail because they lack talent — they struggle because they lack healing.
That realization became the foundation of Rise X Lead™ — a framework that teaches leaders how to rise through pain, lead with integrity, and create cultures that bring out the best in people.

Today, I help schools, companies, and communities transform how they grow and lead — from the inside out.

From leading top-performing sales teams in Fortune 500 environments to managing multimillion-dollar operations and serving as a pastor to thousands, I’ve spent my life helping people rise — in business, in faith, and in purpose.

My journey has taken me from the boardroom to the classroom to the community — each experience teaching me how to connect, build trust, and call out potential in others.

Today, through RISExLEAD™, I bring those lessons to every stage and organization I serve — equipping leaders to rise with integrity and lead with impact.

BUT MY GREATEST ACHIEVEMENT?

Helping leaders understand that it's not about what stands in front of you...

It’s about what you’re willing to rise through.

My Biggest Blessings

Most importantly, I’m a husband to my best friend, Anjuli, and a proud, intentional father. Whether I’m speaking on campus, developing leaders, or sharing insight online, my mission is the same: to help people rise in identity, lead with purpose, and step into the future they were created for.
